February 13th 2014: A Brief History of Gloucester Cathedral.
Speaker: Richard Cann

An architectural and historical presentation of the cathedral. 1000 years of history in a 50 minute talk. Everything from Henry VIII to the present day.

March 13th 2014: The White Rajah of Sarawak
Speaker: Dr. John Belt

In 1838, James Brooke, an explorer and sdventurer, set out to seek his fortune in the East Indies. This talk will present the story of the man known to history as the Rajah Brooke - the first of the White Rajahs.
